Mercury Capsule...

We're in process of constructing a full-size replica of the Mercury Space Capsule.  Gathering data involved visiting The Kansas Cosmosphere and Space Center to take measurements of an actual capsule.  Some of the images below show the modeling and CNC toolpaths created in order to cut the outer panel shingles.  Details of the project are available at: http://www.spacecraftreplicas.com/.
